His passion and belief that Autism Spectrum Disorder in an “acquired brain injury” with toxic and metabolic components associated with a genetic predisposition is based on his extensive personal experience as both a physician and parent of children with ASD. After his twin boys were both diagnosed with Autism at age 3 in 2004, he worked tirelessly to help his children overcome the challenges of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The use of a combined behavioral and biomedical approach to treatment has yielded extraordinary results with both his children, along with countless others he has helped and learned from along the way.
